Q: What about your quality assurance system?
A: The internal QC department of China Liuyang Fireworks is in charge of checking the purchase of raw material, chemical composition to manufacturing process. We have the chemical composition information, drawings, and samples for most of our products. We never buy from outside if we can make the product. We never give up any chance of learning from outside, especially the foreign experienced dealer and pioneer of fireworks industry.

Q: What kind of price term do you offer?
A: We offer FOB terms, CIF terms. This is up to your choice. In FOB terms, we need the information of shipper and your confirmation of shipment. We can also help you in booking the container under the FOB terms. In CIF & C&F terms, we need your destination port or place information for our shipment and delivery.

Q: What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept payment in transferable and irrevocable L/C at sight bill of lading. If you are a reliable customer, we also consider accepting document against payment plus advanced payment, or some other payment terms as the negotiation. We also provide financial support for long lasting co-operator.

Q: Are you a membership of AFSL?
A: Yes. If necessary, all of the contracted cargo can be inspected by AFSL China office or its agents in Hong Kong.We also can meet the standard of BS7114 and other countries...

Q: If there is any discrepancy in quality, quantity with the contract between us, what will you do?
A: You have the right to raise a claim to us within 15 days after arrival of the contracted cargo. If this is actual, our sales representative in your area will sign a evidence report to the headquarter. If the contracted cargo is contrary to your local government regulation, the report from the commodity inspection authority is also needed. After we have got these information, we will remit back the claimed money to your account by telegraphic transfer within 7 working days.

Q: Can I apply the agent for your products in my local area?
A: Yes, you can. If you are interested in it, please forward your detail address and country. In some countries, we have already set up agent in sole agency system, but it does mean you have no chance to act as the agent forever. We may consider it in the coming year or the next sales season or if we find we have to improve the sole agency system, then we will invite you for a tender of another agency period. But you have to know acting as the agent of local area of China China Liuyang Fireworks Corp.,Ltd, you will have to provide the service after sales and market fireworks as the agency agreement between us. In the countries, we have not the agent and representative, you are welcome to contact with us. Your application will be submitted to our internal department and the director board for evaluation and decision.

Q: How many cartons of fireworks can be shipped in a 20-foot container?
A: It is decided by the measurement of the carton of your order fireworks. Some of the carton is a little bigger, like display shells, but some of the carton is a little smaller, like firecrackers. For a middle measurement carton, you can ship about 600 cartons of fireworks. But you have to consider the weight limit of the container. For example, a 40-foot container may be loaded for 1800 cartons of firecrackers, it does mean you can ship it, for it may be overloaded for the 40-foot container in weight. We will tell you the measurement carton of your goods.

Q: How much in USD of fireworks can be shipped in a 20-foot container?
A: It is decided by the FOB terms and freight of the fireworks you ordered. Some of the fireworks are much more expensive than other. The FOB value of the middle cost and priced cargo of fireworks for 600 cartons is about USD11000.00. Furthermore, the shipment to your local area and the freight will also effect the cost of cargo. A: Yes, it is no problem, we can design for you, then send you express or E-mail. In a word, we will do our utmost to make you satisfactory.
